Renesas‘ R-IN32M3 Industrial Ethernet Controller supports a wide range of Industrial Ethernet protocols. Optimized Design-In options, focussing on Low Power Design and an rich set of on-chip accessories qualify the R-In32M3 as powerful, compact and ressource consumption optimzed unit, that adds only low cost to the BOM. The intelligent integration of Hardware Accelerators create a significantly improved overall power than comparable CPU-Designs without Hardware Accelerators could provide.

The R-IN32M3 is provided in 2 main versions: One version with EtherCAT (R-IN32M3-EC) and one version with CC-Link IE (R-IN32M3-CL). Both versions carry the Ethernet Switch.
