DS402 Example for CANopen is now supporting the CSP Mode

The DS402 Example for CANopen is now supporting the CSP Mode (Cyclic Synchronous Positioning) in CANopen as well.

So far the DS402 Example for EtherCAT was supporting the CSP Mode (Cyclic Synchronous Positioning) mode, simply since EtherCAT is frequently using this scheme. The DS402 Example for CANopen provides now an example for the CSP Mode as well.
